The Role

Are you tired of shutdown and maintenance mobilisation roles where you’re always “on”?

Get your weekends back and join the GRES Mobilisation team as a Mobilisation Coordinator and enjoy working in a stable, high‑performing and genuinely fun team.

This role suits someone with experience in a fast‑paced administration environment, ideally within the mining or construction industry, who enjoys accuracy, structure and teamwork.

You’ll be responsible for mobilisation and onboarding activities, working from our convenient Ascot office location with free parking and nearby amenities

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with employees
  • Issuing inductions, onboarding packs and site entry documentation to employees and contractors
  • Creating and maintaining personnel profiles, including medicals, tickets and training records
  • Generating Certificates of Competency
  • Booking and coordinating medicals
  • Training administration and compliance tracking
  • Issuing approved PPE to site personnel

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong ERMS system is a must
  • Previous experience mobilising personnel to major projects or large mining operations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a positive, solutions‑focused approach
  • Strong computer skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A no‑fuss, proactive attitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
