The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a motivated Payroll Supervisor to join our Head Office team located in Ascot, WA to work alongside our busy payroll team

Your typical day will consist of:

• Assisting with weekly payroll for approximately 600 people, including salaries and enterprise agreements 
• Maintaining employee records and filing
• Maintaining confidentiality of payroll and personnel information
• Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll legislation and applicable law

What we are looking for:

• 10 years + experience in a payroll supervisor position
• Advanced level of proficiency across Microsoft Office 
• Ability to handle priorities and tasks with accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to learn and understand new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
