GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.

The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Administration Assistant to join our team in Ascot. This role will play an integral part in ensuring all accounts are processed efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with our valued suppliers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A typical day will consist of:

  • Accounts Payable (data entry, coding and processing)
  • Processing high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately
  • Liaising with suppliers, management and other employees to resolve any payment issues
  • Document and record keeping as per GRES standard
  • Assisting in end of month processing and reporting
  • Assisting in reconciliations (bank, accounts and petty cash)

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable role
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail for data entry
  • Strong MS office and Computer skills (exposure to the GreenTree ERP system preferable)
  • Positive attitude and able to pick up new processes quickl
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence positive safety behaviours
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
