About Us:

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.

The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for experienced Senior Electrical Engineers to join our Engineering Team working alongside a multidisciplined team to deliver outstanding results across various projects in the mining and minerals industry

Based out of our Ascot office you would work on various projects across Australia across a variety of commodities ( gold ,copper, iron ore etc) with regular site visits depending on project requirements 

A typical day will consist of:

  • Project design and execution for mineral processing plants
  • Provide specialist engineering expertise and ensure robust change control processes and documentation standards are followed
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to produce high-quality project deliverables for technically complex designs
  • Provide mentoring and act as a leader within the Engineering team

About you:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
  • 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven capability in digital engineering tools and a thorough understanding of 3D CAD modelling
  • Experience leading technical input into projects and working with major mining clients to Australian standards
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Current National Police clearance
  • White Card 
  • Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
