The Opportunity

GRES are currently seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Brisbane CBD Team 

The Senior Administrator will provide administrative support within the office, manage day-to-day office operations, and assist with the coordination of staff travel requirements for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the role (but not limited to): 

  • Management of the day to day office operations
  • Assistance with corporate travel and newstarter inductions as required  
  • General administration as required 
  • Supporting the project teams with administration tasks 

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite *essential
  • Experience with onboarding and booking travel *essential 
  • A helpful manner with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working alongside engineering disciplines would be advantageous
  • Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
